Distorted Future were a punk band formed in Hartlepool England during 1984 and played a handful of gigs around
the North East including supporting Uproar and The Obliterated at The Queens pub in Hartlepool. The bands line
up comprised of Gary Innes on vocals, John Burgess on guitar, Neil Kirby on Bass and John Shaw on drums. The
band was influenced by The Exploited, GBH and Discharge. In 1985 the band recruited Jeff Garbutt on drums to
replace John.
